I felt comfortable working in a team.However, I think I need to communicate more actively in order to share more ideas with the team.I learnt that I am not out going enough so I need to participate more actively in group discussions.I was afraid that because of my communication problems, I may not be able to share some of the ideas I have that I felt might benefit the team.But I managed to overcome them in the end by speaking more openly and clearly.
